Black driver with stolen e-scooter caught in Munich!

A dramatic incident on the train from Ingolstadt to Munich: A 36-year-old man was caught by a train attendant in the act on October 23-not only because of a missing ticket! When he arrived in Munich, an even darker secret revealed itself. The man had not only ignored his ticket obligation, but also an electric scooter with him who did not belong to him and was registered as stolen.

The federal police were alerted around 3:30 p.m. when the train attendant reported the ticketless. During the subsequent review in Denisstrasse, it came to light that the e-scooter belonged to a 50-year-old man from Ingolstadt who was already informed about theft. So the scooter was not just a simple find, but a clear case of theft! But that was not all: at the 36-year-old's search, the police also found a fare revenue from Deutsche Bahn-further proof that the man had previously traveled from Munich to Ingolstadt without a valid ticket.

After consulting the public prosecutor, it was decided to release the residential man again under certain requirements. He is now seeing serious accusations: cancellation of services and particularly severe theft. A case that shows how quickly a simple black driver can become a suspect with a criminal past!
