Family gang on stage: The tyrant from Schnatterbeck returns!
Schlipps, Deutschland - An exciting comeback is imminent! The theater group of the Landjugend Schlipps brings the popular play "The Tyrant of Schnatterbeck" back onto the stage in November. After over three decades, exactly since 1991, the story is told again. The ticket sales start today and the anticipation is tangible! The first performances will take place on November 16 and 17, followed by further November 23 and 24.
The country doctor Dr. Kropfschneider has a new actor: Philipp Friedrich, who steps into his father's footsteps. The latter played the role 33 years ago and is excited to see how his son will master the challenge. "I hope my son plays the role better than me," smiles Christian. The director Melanie Lechner took up the family connections and even discovered that her own mother played a central role in the first performance. "I didn't want to be influenced by the old performance," she says, while preparing for the premiere.
