An exciting comeback for music lovers! The popular lawns in Gersthofen celebrate their fourth year and bring a breath of fresh air to the open-air scene! Cultural office manager Uwe Wagner has now confirmed that the concert series will continue and reveal the first star: The legendary 80s pop icon Nik Kershaw will take the stage in August!

"Hardly anyone shaped the 80s as Nik Kershaw," enthuses Wagner. On August 9, 2025, the master of his hits like ‘Wuldn’t it be good’, ‘The Riddle’ and ‘I Won’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me’ will appear in Gersthofen. A special date, because it is almost exactly 40 years after the legendary Live Aid concert in Wembley 1985, in which Kershaw provided many other stars for unforgettable moments. The anticipation is huge!
