In the night of Saturday, three young men aged 17 to 20 in Donauwörth caused excitement when they climbed on the roof of a bus and removed one traffic sign. At 3:10 a.m., a worried caller alerted the police after watching the riot. The situation escalated when the young people trampled around on the bus and tore the sign out of the anchorage, which led to a dangerous intervention in road traffic.

The police patrol found the alcoholic rioters a little later near the bus. They had already leaned against a house wall. One of the men had injured himself on the ankle, probably by a fall from the bus. The officials who were quickly on hand were able to control the situation and capture the suspects.
