Carnival in Amerdingen: Prince couples bring momentum to the gym!

On Saturday, January 12, 2025, the Hofball of the Faschingsfreunde Amerdingen took place in the village of the village. At this festival, the new prince couples of the carnival friends were presented.

The great couple of princes consists of Laura I. (Laura Wanner), a 20-year-old medical student from Amerdingen, and Julian I. (Julian Hertle), who is 22 years old and completes a dual degree in mechatronics. Laura Wanner has been active in the club since 2009 and started her career at the Kesselpatzen before moving to the Great Guard and the show dance. Julian Hertle has been active in the carnival for 17 years, used to have a role in the court fools and has been part of the Trudes since 2023. Julian is also involved in the board of the Amerdingen sports club.

The appearances of the prince couples and show acts

The little prince couple is represented by Veronika I (Veronika Konrad) and Patrick I (Patrick Grandy). Veronika, 9 years old and from Bissingen, visits the fourth grade, has been dancing with the boiler sparrows for four years and plays clarinet. Patrick, 11 years old and from Amerdingen, starts his first carnival season, is a fifth grader at the Neresheim grammar school and plays football and piano.

During the event, both pairs of princes performed both a waltz and a show number. In addition, the show acts of the various groups of the Amerdingen carnival friends had its premiere. After the little couple of princes, the Flying Tigers, who presented dance and diving acrobatics. Afterwards the boiler sparrows and the tweenygarde showed their skills.
