Winter tire obligation: Reifen Lindner in Ainring ready for the snow!

The tire world in Ainring has changed dramatically! The former "tire scene B20" now shines under the new name "Reifen Lindner". This company, which has been owned by the renowned vehicle and tire dealer Lindner since 2007, has chosen a fresh appearance to combine the branches in Ainring and Eugendorf as well as the headquarters in Wals-Himmelreich under a uniform name. And that's not all - the winter tire time is just around the corner!

Although the snow is still waiting, customers already feel the cold of the upcoming winter months. "The strict winter tire obligation in Austria since November 1 has moved many to have their winter tires raised early," explains Siegfried Belz, the head of the new branch. On peak days, the fitters can change up to 50 tires - a true masterpiece of efficiency! The hustle and bustle, which is normally available in late autumn, has decreased, but the demand remains high, especially among the drivers who drive in the challenging mountain roads in Austria.

new partner, new possibilities

With the change of name, there is also a change of the trading partner: "We are now working with the renowned system partner 'Driver', behind which the well -known Pirelli brand is standing," said Josef Lindner Junior, Managing Director of the company. Stem customers were not surprised at the renaming, but the changes promise fresh wind and new opportunities. The workshop on the B20 is not only known for change of tires, but also offers extensive services as a free motor vehicle master workshop.

The range is impressive: a total of around 40,000 tires, a third of which are in Ainring. The Salzburg family company, which has existed for 80 years and has been managed in the third generation, sells over 50,000 tires annually and waits around 10,000 vehicles. A remarkable success that underlines the importance of “Reifen Lindner” in the Region - and all of this, while 40 percent of customers come from neighboring Salzburg!
