In the festively decorated poststall in Teisendorf, a ceremonial event to hand over the documents to the graduates of the specialist academy for social education took place recently. Numerous guests were present on this special evening, including Teisendorf Mayor Thomas Gasser as well as representatives of the Diakonisches Werk Traunstein and the vocational school for child care in Bischofswiesen. The head of the specialist academy, Barbara Berger, spoke in her welcome speech about the important role that the training plays for both the personal development of the graduates and for the care of children and adolescents.
The training is divided into a social pedagogical introductory year, followed by a two -year main education, which provides comprehensive theoretical knowledge and ends in practice with a professional recognition year. In her expression of joy about the great encouragement to the celebration, Berger emphasized that the graduates have gone through a demanding training that makes them sought -after specialists in the region.
common values and support
The board of the Diakonisches Werk Traunstein, Andreas Karau, praised the training and emphasized the values that are rooted in the concept of the facility. "It's not just about professional qualifications, but also about personal education and social values," said Karau. The training center not only contributes to the development of skilled workers, but also to the design of an appreciative and respectful coexistence in society.
deputy district administrator Andreas Danzer described the social educators as "silent heroes of everyday life", whose work often takes place in the background but is extremely important for the social structure of the community. In his speech, he expressed hope that the freshly baked educators would bring in their valuable skills in the region.
The solemn ceremony culminated at the climax of the document handover, in which the graduates entered the stage on a red carpet. Barbara Berger and her deputy Petra Weiß present documents and roses as a sign of recognition for their achievements. A photo together provided unforgettable memories of this special day.
In addition, the final courses handed over pictures that symbolize the class cohesion. This tradition has been cultivated since the specialist academy and the works find a place of honor in the school building. The musical framework, which was designed by committed students of the higher classes under the direction of music teacher Maximilian Schmid, also provided a festive atmosphere.
After the official ceremony, music and dance was celebrated late into the night. It was a successful completion of a demanding training period, which not only gave the graduates specialist knowledge, but also important life skills. This training is particularly invaluable today and contributes significantly to the well -being of the community.
