Bindlach, Deutschland - A shocking murder case shakes Bayreuth! The district court sentenced a 19-year-old to 14 years and six months in prison after he brutally murdered his ex-girlfriend. The cruel incident occurred at the end of May in the victim's parents' house in Bindlach. The two were once a couple, but the relationship ended in autumn 2023, which fell into a whirlpool of anger and obsession.

The presiding judge Andrea Deyerling spoke of an "absolute will to exterminate" of the perpetrator. Despite the separation, he continued to make ownership and could not accept that his ex-girlfriend wanted to live her own life. The murder was not impulsive, but the result of a meticulous planning, which was recorded on his cell phone in a detailed crime plan. "He killed out of continuing anger," said Deyerling. The 18-year-old victim suffered numerous stab and cuts that led to their death.

a relationship narcistry without empathy

The judge described the accused as a "relationship narcissist", who was unable to put herself into others or change perspectives. Despite his youth, it was found that he is fully responsible for criminal law and that the criminal law is not used. The defender had only demanded nine years of enthusiasm for manslaughter, but the court followed the public prosecutor's request. The judgment is not yet final and could have further legal steps in the coming days.
