Strong commitment: regional projects secure funding for 2025!
Amberg-Sulzbach. As part of the initiative of the Working Group on Obere Vils-Ehenbach (AOVE), the financial support for small regional projects will also be provided in 2025. This funding aims to promote the attractiveness of rural spaces and to raise awareness of biological food. Interested parties can submit their applications by January 1, 2025.
Numerous projects were successfully implemented as early as 2024, including a pavilion in the multi -generation park and a roofing at the mud playground in Hahnbach. These small but fine initiatives show how valuable programs can be for the community. Thanks to the adjustments to playgrounds, the equipment of club rooms and other projects, numerous local communities were taken.

With the help of the eco -project's disposal framework, some impressive measures were realized this year. This includes the construction of a sales house for organic orchard and the creation of a processing room for organic beef. The funding focuses on small projects with total costs up to 20,000 euros. With a funding rate of up to 80 percent, each applicant can receive up to 10,000 euros in grants. The support is open to both legal and natural persons - clubs are also included.
The AOVE spokesman Bernhard Lindner and the managing director Katja Stiegler were optimistic about future developments. "With these two funding programs we can control the development of our region independently," they emphasized in a joint press release.
The decision to award the funding is responsible for a body of representatives of regional actors, which ensures that the funds are used sensibly and sustainably. The approval is subject to the Office for Rural Development (Ale) Upper Palatinate.
