International cooperation: Hungarian delegation at DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen as a guest

In an exciting step towards strengthening international relationships, the Baden-Württemberg University (DHBW) received a delegation from the Hungarian John von-Neumann University. The goal? To further intensify the exchange between the two universities and at the same time develop innovative teaching approaches! This cooperation is part of the European University Alliance EU4DUAL, which was launched two years ago with a clear goal.

The Hungarian guests, led by Dean József Kárpáti, were very impressed by the forward -looking teaching formats, in particular the Blended Learning International Cooperation (Blic). With this new approach, the intercultural exchange is integrated into the lessons, and students from different countries develop business models together. The participants rely on the latest digital media and platforms to practice in real international business situations. "An impressive opportunity for our students!" So Claudia Rzepka, the head of the International Office of DHBW.

new collaborations and courses

The address of the Hungarian university about the introduction of three new English -language courses is ideal for the news of the DHBW, which also work on expanding the intercultural programs. These programs, which started successfully in September, increased the number of international students significantly and offer numerous internship opportunities through the close cooperation with the economy on site.

The talks of the two universities also focused on new short programs that are intended to promote the exchange and networking of students. An exciting future is pending, with workshops and excursions that are planned for Hungarian students at DHBW. Interested students have the opportunity to become part of this international experience and make important contacts. A highlight will be the upcoming International Week in May 2025, an event that is already noted in the calendars of the Hungarian guests.
