Review B 464/B 295: Large renovation from October 31 - detours set up!

From Thursday, October 31, 2024, traffic in Renningen will be put to the test! The Stuttgart regional council starts a comprehensive renovation of the northern roundabout at the junction B 464/B 295, which is to last until Monday, November 4, 2024. The preparatory work begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by important asphalt work that starts from 7:00 p.m. and will take advantage of the entire night. The cost of these essential work amounts to a whopping 200,000 euros!

The renovation includes the entire roundabout and a section of Magstadter Straße towards Renningen. For all road users it says: patience is required! From Thursday, the permissible maximum speed in the area of the roundabout will be reduced to just 30 km/h. However, the Magstadter Straße remains navigable in the opposite direction until the line of the route between Renningen and the southern roundabout from 7:00 p.m.

road users who come from the city and want to drive to Reutlingen or Magstadt should be prepared for a detour via the K 1007 and K 1006. The traffic flow from the A 81 near Leonberg to Weil der Stadt will also be preserved for the entire construction period. If you come from Renningen, you have to re -plan your route over the Weil der Städter Straße and the K 1005 to the B 295 before continuing to the B 464. Similar diversions apply to everyone who drives in the opposite direction or arrive at the A 81. The Stuttgart regional council thanks all road users in advance for their patience and understanding during this necessary construction work.
