In the gripping "Zoller derby" of the Oberliga Südwürttemberg, the SKC Vilsingen triumphed over KSG Mengen-Sigmaringen with a clear 6.5: 1.5. This means that Vilsingen stays on course for the top of the table! The SKC men showed an impressive performance, while the women of the SG Zoller had to accept a bitter defeat. The second team of Vilsingen also celebrated a victory against Egelfingen.
In the men's Oberliga, Patrick Winter was the bright hero for Vilsingen. With 613 wood and a clear 4-0 win over Karl-Heinz Grundler, he impressively demonstrated his class. Rolf Kurz fought an exciting duel with Erwin Zatrici, which ended in a draw. The Vilsinger Youngster Kevin Saad-Eddin and Raphael Krog also showed their skills, while the quantity players Markus Bauknecht and Dennis Nopper could not collect enough points to turn the sheet. Vilsingen dominated the game and secured the important victory, while the KSG is now standing with the red lantern.
women and regional league
The women of the SG Zoller had to give up TSV Niederstotzingen 2: 6. The hosts were superior from the start and gave the Zoller ladies no chance. Only Nathalie Ardita and Ulrike Bestor were able to score for the SG Zoller, which could not prevent the clear defeat.
In the regional league, the second team of Vilsingen prevailed 7-1 against KSC Egelfingen. Father and son Winter showed an impressive duel, with Marcus Winter being ahead. Yannik Zimmermann also shone with a strong appearance. Vilsingen II climbs to fourth place, while Egelfingen slips closer to the end of the table.
