Fraud scandal in Backnang: Brothers falsified language tests for 314,000 euros!

Backnang, Deutschland - An excitement process causes a stir in Stuttgart! The focus: a 33-year-old man who gets into the crossfire for falsification of documents and forgery of documents due to gang and commercial documents. The suspicion? A total of 355 language certificates and certificates of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) are said to have been fake! And all of this to help migrants maintain their residence permits or to facilitate naturalization. The legal situation is clear: since 2008 immigrants have needed German language skills to gain a foothold in Germany.

With an average price of 2300 euros for the fake documents, the dark business seemed extremely lucrative. Customers initially made a deposit and then often paid the remaining amount in a café in Backnang or a language school in Ellwangen. In some cases it was even delivered by post! Even social media such as Tikkok were used for contact with the interested parties. The fake documents often wore QR codes that linked to non-existent websites with invented test results. The prepared total damage? Around 314,000 euros!

The brothers in prison

The 33-year-old defendant is the last of his brothers in prison. Their convictions two months ago to four and a half and four years and eight months in prison due to the same machinations have already made headlines. The third brother initially escaped the German authorities, but was arrested in Montenegro in March of this year, where he was sitting in extradition custody for three months. Now he is waiting in custody for the progress of his procedure in front of the 8th Grand Criminal Chamber.

Already on the first day of the trial, a possible process understanding emerged. After a one -hour interruption, a punitive framework of four years and three months to four years and nine months was promised if the defendant should be confident. The process will continue on October 28th. This scandalous extent of counterfeits throws a bright light on the dark side of integration policy in Germany!
