The treasurer and the former mayor Sandra Fleecue could not announce any positive news. Especially bitter: The construction of the new fire station, which was originally planned for 2023, remains uncertain. "We cannot give you an exact time," said treasurer Stephan Gerster. However, around 11.6 million euros are required for the expansion of the school center - a mammoth task that can only be mastered with the support of neighboring communities such as Heiligenberg.
