Ravensburg, Deutschland - Ravensburg - a big step into the future! Since Monday, November 4th, electric car drivers can recharge their battery at the St. Elisabethen Clinic in Ravensburg. Impressive 34 charging points are now available in a new, modern parking garage, including four state -of -the -art quick charging stations. These are right next to the parking garage and are conveniently accessible over the 3rd level. Access is possible daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
"We support mobility change!" Emphasizes Bernd Schulz, head of the Facility Management of the Oberschwabenklinik. The new electric charging spaces are an indispensable service for employees, patients and visitors with electric cars. If you want to go to the nearby city center, you will also find an attractive way to charge your vehicle.

The costs for the loading vary depending on the tariff of the roaming partner. The free Jöchle Mobility app also enables easy use of the charging stations. E-car owners without fixed roaming partners can conveniently via QR code and credit card ad hoc shop. In the future, an expansion of the charging infrastructure is also planned: the new, seven -story parking garage, which offers a total of 873 parking spaces, has already been prepared for 94 charging points at 47 charging stations. These are activated gradually, and the prerequisites for a further 200 charging points have been created in the parking garage itself!
for Franz Huber, managing director of the OSK, this offer is further proof of the commitment of the Oberschwabenklinik in terms of environmental awareness. "Sustainability, renewable energies and climate protection are our principles," said Huber. The parking garage is also equipped with over 1100 solar modules that generate an output of 440 kWp. Plans for another photovoltaic system with 700 kWp on the roof of the clinic are also on the agenda. "More than 90 percent of the electricity generated are used up by the OSK itself," explains Huber and highlights the importance of its own generation to reduce operating costs.
