A storm of complaints

Readers of the Rems-Zeitung are outraged: bills are not available, discount payments are not debited. An angry customer describes how the feed -in tariff has been denied her for over a week - despite multiple attempts to reach the municipal utilities. The reason? An IT system change that ensures considerable delays. Anyone who has been waiting for the first delivery at a change of provider has been disappointed: Without the necessary free registration for counters, the new contracts are often obsolete.

Another customer is "pissed!" on the months of delay in their annual accounts caused by the system change. You and many others demand answers. Corinna Lutz, press spokeswoman for the Stadtwerke, admits that the confusion could not be predicted, but emphasizes that you are working on a solution and soon wants to be back in normal operation. While the customers are waiting for answers, there is at least positive news: the gas prices should decrease. But when exactly this will happen remains uncertain!
