Federal Police strikes: Arrest warrants in Kehl, Offenburg and Rastatt executed!
Rastatt, Deutschland - In a lightning -fast commitment, the federal police carried out several arrest warrants in Kehl, Offenburg and Rastatt on December 19 and 20. Similar to a thriller, the officers had to pull three men out of circulation after they became aware of them by checks. First, a 53-year-old German citizen noticed, who was checked at a tram stop in Kehl. There were two arrest warrants against him - one because of the scolding of services, the other because of dangerous bodily harm. However, the man was able to pay the required fine directly and thus escaped an 8-day imprisonment. The judge put out his arrest warrant under requirements, the federal police said.
But that wasn't everything! On the night of the same day, a train attendant in the Offenburg train station reported three drunk passengers. During the check, it turned out that one of the men, a 30-year-old Hungarian, was also searched for-because of fraud. With a breath alcohol value of 1.36 per thousand and without financial resources to pay the fine, he was arrested and must now serve a 7-day prison sentence. And a 33-year-old Romanian was also arrested in Rastatt the following day, against which there was an arrest warrant for theft. He was also able to pay the punishment and was thus spared a 20-day imprisonment, which certainly saved him a fright.
These arrests not only show the attention of the federal police for their region, but also how quickly everyday controls can follow serious legal consequences. As reported by bnn.de and newsflash24.de , it is an exciting but important undertaking for the civil servant to protect the public from potentially dangerous persons.
