A comprehensive evaluation of 177,364 online reviews, which includes 806 train stations in 50 German cities, shows that the train stations in Heidelberg achieve excellent average ratings. With an average rating of 3.97 stars, the city occupies eighth place in a nationwide comparison.

The Heidelberg-Altstadt train station attracts the best ratings with 4.3 stars, with travelers particularly highlighting the barrier-free access to the tracks and the immediate proximity to the city center.
