Friedrichshafen celebrates the annual reception: an evening full of highlights!

On Sunday, January 19, the annual reception of the city of Friedrichshafen takes place. Mayor Simon Blümcke is deployed to office by District President Tappeser on this solemn event. Admission to the reception has already been awarded, but remaining tickets could be available at short notice right before the start. Visitors without an admission ticket have the option of asking about open places at the Infothek in the Graf-Zeppelin-Haus. The entry for the event is only with an admission ticket.

The Graf-Zeppelin-Haus opens one hour before the start of reception, i.e. from 5 p.m. For the holder of an admission ticket, the return trip by bus and trains within the Friedrichshafen district (tariff zones 10/110/111) is free of charge. If you miss the official part of the annual reception, you can follow it in the live stream at www.friedrichshafen.de/live . In addition, a subsequent view of the live stream on the city YouTube channel www.youtube.com/stadtfn will be available. Musically, the evening is accompanied by the city orchestra and the Symphonic Youth Wind Orchestra Friedrichshafen.

The annual receptions in Friedrichshafen have already housed numerous important speakers in the past. In 2024 Dr. Boris Nikolai Konrad, memory world champion and neuroscientist, on the subject of "memory training". In 2023, Mayor Andreas Brand held a review and outlook after the Corona years. Other prominently represented speakers in recent years have been Muhterem Aras, President of the Landtag President of Baden-Württemberg, who spoke about "Heimat in Diversity", and Wolf-Henning Scheider, CEO of ZF AG, who dealt with "Mobility of the Future".
