VfB home game against Eintracht: Note arrival and traffic information!
The MHP Arena is on Sunday, November 10th, in the sign of the Great Bundesliga duel between VfB Stuttgart and Eintracht Frankfurt! The home areas are already completely sold out, and the fans are hot for the game that will kick off at 5:30 p.m. In order to cope with the rush, an early journey is strongly recommended. The arena opens its goals at 3:30 p.m., i.e. in time to prepare for the spectacle!
traffic chaos preprogrammed!
The Mercedesstraße will be closed to through traffic from 2 p.m., and a stopping ban applies from 9 a.m. The bollard system will be activated from 2:30 p.m. to ensure the safety of the fans. If you want to arrive at the S-Bahn, you should prepare for changes: Due to construction work, line S1 between Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt and Esslingen-Mettingen is redirected. The trains do not stop at the Neckarpark and Obertürkheim stations, which makes it difficult to travel. Deutsche Bahn uses buses as a replacement that can only run to a limited extent.
For the fans who come by bike, there is good news: Around 400 free, monitored bicycle parking spaces are available in the P5 parking garage. From 3:30 p.m. the bikes can be parked there, and even bicycle helmets can stay on the bike! VfB also rewards environmentally friendly arrival: With the "Ummadum" app, there is free water on the kiosks in the arena for every sustainable arrival. A great offer to reward fans for environmentally conscious behavior!
