There is fresh wind in the youth department - Anaszazia Ruzsilla took over the reins after the predecessor Alina Metzler throws the towel at the end of the year! The 26-year-old Ruzsilla, which has been employed since September, brings fresh ideas and listens to the young people: "Youth needs to be heard". During her time she volunteered, and now she is ready to tackle young people's urban!

The needs of the boys are diverse and range from fast WiFi in public areas to serious concerns to the support of socially disadvantaged groups. "Society places high demands on our youth," warns Metzler. "We offer a room where you can simply be." A welcome oasis of understanding in the often overwhelming world of teenagers.

a fresh start in the youth café

During the current school year there are exciting projects for the team around Ruzsilla and Metzler, including a flea market and a big party on January 17th! The teenagers should not only be heard, but also actively integrated - in the youth café Zepp, where all ideas, from the desire for new game consoles to social anger, can be communicated creatively. The 20-year-old Xenia Reis, who is currently completing her voluntary social year in the youth department, is enthusiastic about the proximity to the young people. "It's nice to see how they open up," she reports. Reis even plans to remain active in the field of social work!

not everything went smoothly - Metzler's resignation is a bitter loss! After her predecessors and another trainee left the stage, she should not only be responsible, but also the numerous planning and implementation of projects. "We have reached so much that is incredible!" She looks back proudly. The youth department has gained in importance - even to Friedrichshafen, the young people flock when the club there is closed! But now, with a new team in the back, the change is dared to change and the challenges are being made. Markdorf, get ready for fresh impulses and exciting exchange!
