The 5th Biberacher Experience tour recently sparked great interest and was fully booked after a day. This event of Biberacher Stadtmarketing offers the participants exclusive insights into the fascinating world of five local retail stores. In just 20 minutes, 80 visitors met the stories and special features of these companies.
The tour led the participants to the wooden market and stopped at the Osiander bookstore, Pflüger stationery, Hörakustik Hagel, the Allmann’s pharmacy and the perfumery Amica.

A central point of the tour was the hearing acoustics hail, where it is not just about selling hearing aids. Simone Hagel and her team of four masters specialize in offering tailor -made solutions for individual hearing protection. These range from sleep protection to floating protection to tailor -made hearing aids for different hearing losses. Special materials are available to meet customers with allergies or special requirements. It was also demonstrated how many modern hearing aids can be connected to televisions, which is a significant added value for many customers.
The stationery Pflüger, a traditional business that has existed for seven generations, was led by Friedrich Pflüger. He explained to the visitors how important personal advice is. During the tour, the participants learned that the business not only sells products, but also offers an experience. From high -quality writing instruments to great gift ideas - the range addresses both local customers and international tourists.
The Osiander bookstore looks back on an impressive tradition with its story. Founded in 1596, the company today operates 60 branches, mainly in Baden-Württemberg. The location in Biberach, which was set up in 2007, is located in the historic Salzstadel. Here the cooperation with Thalia had contributed to the expansion of the range and a web shop was also created. The employees are ready to give reading tips and share their recommendations.
The shopping experience redefined
The Perfumerie Amica has played an important role in Biberach since 2013. Simon Bittel, who works there, explained the complexity of the perfumes to the guests. A good fragrance has different layers- head, heart and base grade- that change over time. He encouraged the visitors to take the time and find their personal fragrance instead of just listening to advertising.
The Allmann’s pharmacy, which is operated by Friedrich Allmann in the third generation, also played a central role in the tour. He spoke about the added value of pharmacies in the village compared to online providers, in particular the possibility of personal advice and the emergency service, which is available around the clock. The participants also got to know the "Apoguide" app, which enables e-recipes to be comfortably redeemed.
After an informative and entertaining evening, the participants were enthusiastic and were very satisfied with the insights that they could win during the adventure tour. Preparations for the next adventure tour in spring are already in full swing to continue this successful approach.
