Federal Police convicted migrants: fraud in the long -distance bus flair!

Weilheim-Schongau, Deutschland - On December 12th, the Federal Police had a spectacular arrest at the Hörbranz border crossing (BAB 96). Two migrants, an Egyptian and an Afghan, were caught in a long -distance bus after giving German authorities wrong information for months. The 31-year-old Egyptian has been illegally in Germany for over a year and worked without a valid residence permit in a Munich restaurant. He not only had an expired Italian residence permit, but had already been reported several times this year for unauthorized entry and stay. The officials showed him because of attempted illegal entry, unauthorized employment and tax evasion before rejecting him to Austria, like news-hute reported.

Three hours later, the officers came across the bus on the Afghan fellow travelers on the bus with the Rome-Frankfurt route. The 38-year-old had valid documents, but it turned out that he was registered as an asylum seeker in Germany last year and had a residence permit. He had withheld his papers from the German authorities during the control. A procedure for violation of the Residence Act was also initiated against him.

Police employment requirements for migrants

policeest.de , applicants with foreign roots can certainly become police officers without German parentage being absolutely necessary. Important prerequisites are the nationality that is regulated differently depending on the police, as well as a lawful stay in Germany. Successful applicants must meet the same tests and requirements as their German colleagues, which guarantees fair opportunities for all applicants. These provisions are crucial to integrate migrants into the police service and use their intercultural knowledge.
