The Bludenz train station is fundamentally modernized! The ÖBB work together with the city of Bludenz and the state of Vorarlberg on an impressive modernization project with a total budget of four million euros. Two million euros come directly from the ÖBB, while the rest are financed through the city and the country. Among other things, a new encounter zone in the Bahnhofs forecourt and a revised access in MoKrystrasse are planned. As part of these renovation work, numerous trees are also planted and a total of 280 covered bicycle parking spaces are created, including 44 bicycle boxes. For mopeds and motorcycles, there will be 21 covered parking spaces in the future, while the number of car parking space remains constant at 90.
