Nurses honored in Tyrol: award for outstanding commitment!
Tirol, Österreich - On August 15, six extraordinary nurses were awarded the Medal of Merit of the State of Tyrol in Tyrol. This honor took place on High Women's Day and was presented by Health Councilor Cornelia Hagele and Georg Berger, the chairman of the ARGE Tyrolean old people's homes. The honored specialists, including Kathrin Abl and Marianne Hechenblaikner from the Lienz district, Andrea Kranz from Kitzbühel, Elisabeth Kröll from Schwaz, Karin Pittracher from Innsbruck-Land and Barbara Treichl also from Kitzbühel, made a significant contribution through their professional competence and great commitment in nursing. Haile emphasized: "Care is an indispensable part of our health system and an incredibly valuable and highly professional profession." This award is not only praise for the honored, but also an important sign of recognition for all nurses in Tyrol, where around 15,500 people are employed in care, such as on amg-tirol.at . The Nursing Award sets a strong sign of recognition, which is urgently needed in the nursing industry, which is particularly characterized by challenges.
