New timetable for rail customers: Faster connections and prices rise!

From Sunday, December 15th, there are considerable innovations in rail traffic that affect travelers in various regions. In Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland in particular, the new timetable of Deutsche Bahn brings interesting changes. Particularly noteworthy is the introduction of a second transfer -free connection between Saarbrücken and Berlin. This new ICE runs from Frankfurt without stopover and increases the daily sprinter connections to Berlin to a total of three per direction, which significantly shortens the travel time between the two metropolises.
