Melanie Reidinger: With Frisians on the stage of the German horse show!

Unterrohrbach, Österreich - In the picturesque region of Unterrohrbach, Korneuburg district, the talented show riding Melanie Reidinger has created an impressive riding facility that has been at home for a total of 25 horses and itself since 2023. Her passion for the horses began at the age of three, and today she is not only a full -time show rider, but also a prospective dressage trainer and judge. In the 20 by 60 -meter riding hall, Reidinger trains every day with her two Friesen, Moritz and Chipsy, for spectacular appearances at the international show "Cavalluna", which emerged from the former "Apassionata". According to noe.orf.at, it is particularly important to her to keep the fun of her horses at work, which is why she limits the training times to about forty minutes a day.

The appearances at "Cavalluna" are anything but usual for Reiding. Almost every weekend she is in another European city and is particularly looking forward to the upcoming appearance in front of a home crowd in Vienna. "This is something very special," she emphasizes. But the challenge increases in the second half of the year, because the horses are for the first time by plane to become a secret, since legally unnamed destination transports in a warm country. "We still don't know how to react, but I'll be with you during the flight," she explains.
