Apprentices successfully take over management in Emmendingen!
In Emmendingen, a remarkable step in training in healthcare was taken. For the first time, twelve trainees from the vocational school for nursing managed a station at the Center for Psychiatry Emmendingen (ZFP) for two weeks. This means an innovation in the training process, in which the prospective nursing staff not only take responsibility, but can also gain practical experience in their future professional world, as the Badische Zeitung reported.
At the same time, 14 young people started their professional career at the Emmendingen district office. District Administrator Hanno Hurth welcomed the new trainees and wished them every success. In a first varied week you will learn everything about your new tasks. From politics to administration - the training content is diverse. Six of the new ones become administrative assistants, others can be trained as surveying technicians or start studying in social work. The comprehensive introduction is supplemented by joint activities, including a health-oriented program and team building measures, which also aim to give the new employees a successful start.
