Bad Vilbel, Deutschland - A big project is imminent in Bad Vilbel! The region has excited the announcement on the new thermal bath. Project manager Frank Müller confirmed to the main and finance committee: "The thermal bath is coming!" The mega system is estimated at around 400 million euros and is expected to go into operation in three years, but at the latest in 2028. Initial construction work, including the required construction road, is expected in 2025, while the integrated indoor pool with a 25-meter pool, children's and courtyard pool could be finished by a year earlier, i.e. 2027. So you plan to connect the thermal baths to a local heating network, while geothermal energy is also considered as an environmentally friendly energy source. Despite the skepticism of some residents and the opposition that indicate the high costs and environmental pollution, investors are optimistic. The fnp reported that the thermal baths should attract the 1.3 million visitors annually. To grant this, two parking garages with a total of 1800 parking spaces are built right next to the Kennedy School.

The preparations are in full swing. Numerous teams work on the planning and security technology. Nevertheless, the question remains how the traffic of the 9000 visitors, which is estimated every day. But Müller and the city administration are confident that these challenges can be mastered. A clear schedule and the various construction stages are now being sought to implement this ambitious project into reality.
