Railway renovation in Vordere Zollamtsstraße: It starts from Wednesday!

From April 15, 2025, the roadway rehabilitation work begins on the Vorderen Zollamtsstraße in the 3rd district. According to wien.gv.at , the work will continue until April 21, 2025. The measures are necessary to remedy damage caused by earlier excavations and general time damage.

The renovation work takes place both during the day and at night to ensure a rapid implementation. Despite the work, a lane remains open to traffic in the respective work area. Especially in the storage space area in front of the intersection with Radetzkystrasse, three lanes are even maintained, which makes it easier to pass through. All turning elations are still possible, which supports the continuity of traffic flow.
