Spring trade fair 2025: Discover craftsmanship, enjoyment and diversity!

Industriepark Kötschach-Mauthen, Österreich - This coming weekend, April 12 and 13, 2025, the Spring fair of the Carnic region takes place in the Kötschach-Mauthen industrial park. The event opens its gates on both days from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and admission is free. With around 40 exhibitors, the fair will offer an impressive platform for craft, technologies and creative projects.

The spring fair will be happy to replace the business fair decided to the pandeme and will now take place in the new Education, Innovation and start-up center of the Carnical workshops, which was opened in September 2024. The aim of the fair is to create a stage for established companies, start-ups and young entrepreneurs to present their products and ideas. The mayor of Kötschach-Mauthen, Walter Zoppoth, has commented on the event.

diverse supporting program

Visitors can look forward to a varied supporting program, which includes musical entertainment, a children's program and a career café in which job offers are submitted. On Saturday, the group "Agner Blos" will create a musical atmosphere at 3 p.m., while on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. the Obergailtal Trachtenkapelle Kötschach organizes a morning pint.

There is a bouncy castle and other activities for the little ones, while adults have the opportunity to bind their own palm brooms under the guidance of Carinthian seminar farmers. These creative workshops and live demonstrations are part of the comprehensive offer that also includes specialist lectures on topics such as economic trends and sustainable technologies.

The fair not only offers space for the presentation of products, but also for networking and inter -municipal cooperation. The organizers , the Future, Handwerk, Industrie Gailtal (ZHig) , work closely with the communities of Lesachtal, Kötschach Mauthen, Dellach and Kirchbach. The event serves as a shop window of regional diversity and promotes the exchange between companies and innovative ideas.
