3x3 Vienna: Basketball festival with world premieres from June 12th to 15th!

In less than a month the time has come: From June 12th to 15th, 2025, the hayarkt in Vienna becomes a stage for the first Austrian edition of the Fiba 3 × 3 World Tour . This basketball event, which not only includes competitions, but also a lifestyle festival, promises a unique experience for sports and music lovers. The event celebrates the premiere of the FIBA ​​3 × 3 World Tour as well as other tournaments, including the FIBA ​​3 × 3 Women’s Series and the FIBA ​​3 × 3 U23 Nations League.

The event is accompanied by the domestic “Team Vienna” and international teams, including Serbia and the Netherlands. Fiba-3 × 3 boss Alex Sanchez already described Vienna as the best 3 × 3 tournament location in the world. The event is not only a highlight for the audience, but also offers a unique program that includes show matches and competitions in wheelchair basketball.

The inclusive approach of this event should be emphasized. This will also take part in the Austrian 3 × 3-wheelchair basketball team. The entire process is rounded off by an exciting supporting program: DJs, dance crews and live acts create an exuberant atmosphere, while Streetfood and Merchandise are waiting for the visitors in the fan village.

The daily design has already been outlined: On June 12, the competitions of the Nations League begin, followed by the Women’s Series and the qualification for the World Tour. On June 14th, the quarter -finals of the Women’s Series and the main draw of the World Tour take place. The crowning glory is the Red Bull Dunking Contest on June 15th.
