Gospel Christmas in St. Marien: Singing and celebrating together!

On the second Christmas day, the traditional gospel Christmas took place in the St. Marien Church in Wolfsburg. According to Waz online Service that was characterized by a soulful atmosphere.

The motto of the service was "gospel Christmas", and pastor Uta Heine emphasized the numerous surprises that visitors would be happy during the celebrations. The participants were encouraged to actively participate by telling stories, singing songs or performing poems.

The musical entertainment was designed by church musician Lorrie Berndt and the gospel choir of the northern town community. The service was shaped by a lot of singing and music, which contributed to the festive mood.

Further services are planned for the coming months. According to Kulturkirche Wolfsburg , a New Year's service will take place on December 31, 2024 and various services with pastor Uta Heine in January 2025. These include topics such as "does God have humor?" and a film service.
