The situation is dramatic: missing teachers and constant loss of teaching have been a painful topic for years. Kloss and his colleagues are calling for an improvement in school education and a reliable supply of teaching positions. "I am here for my grandson," said a concerned participant who remembered the protests in October 2022 in Osterburg, as a student and parents for the loss of teaching.
