Christmas magic in Bottrop: Singing along with the wellness voices!

Bottrop-Kirchhellen. A festive sound runs through the streets of Bottrop-Grafenwald! The A-Capella choir "Wellness Voices" brings Christmas mood to the neighborhood on the third Advent. At five different stations, the singers invite everyone to sing with them and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

For the fourth time, this pre -Christmas train is becoming a new tradition. The “Wellness Voices” begin their musical journey at 4:30 p.m. on the market square, corner procession path/Maystrasse. From there it goes on to the stations: at 5:00 p.m. in the cosmetic institute "Harmonie", at 5:30 p.m. on the corner of Friedenstraße/Schmiedestrasse, at 6:00 p.m. on Ottenschlag/corner Karl-Rahner-Straße/Birkenweg and finally at 6:45 p.m. on the corner of Wiesengrund/Schleitkamp. A real experience for everyone who loves Christmas time!

a tradition comes alive

With their "Singing under the lantern", the "Wellness Voices" build on an old tradition, which was once cultivated by the Grafenwald brass band on Christmas Eve. "We are happy when the count forests are in the mood," says Marc van den Hoff, who founded the 2018 group. The name "Wellness Voices" comes from the first rehearsals in a sauna hut - an original origin that underlines the fun of music!

In 2023, the group's first big concert in Grafenwald took place, and the anticipation for the next event is great: On Sunday, August 31, at 5 p.m. The "wellness voices" show that community and music are the best ingredients for a peaceful Christmas time!
