The exact circumstances of the incident have so far been unclear, but this is already the second serious loss for the firm for which the man worked. A colleague also died in a motorcycle accident in 2017.

The accident occurred in the Weißenbach valley when a 19-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle on a Friday and got into the oncoming lane, where the lawyer was traveling with his motorcycle. His wife missed the misfortune in a dramatic way: she drove in front of him a moment before. However, instant attempts from resuscitation by subsequent drivers were unsuccessful, and the emergency doctors were only able to determine the death of the lawyer, as
