The prominent Greek-American journalist and political commentator George Stephanopoulos warns: "The Europeans will have to take care of their security themselves." "We will experience a completely different direction of American foreign policy," continued Stephanopoulos.

The immediate consequences of this possible turn could be catastrophic for Ukraine. Stephanopoulos is convinced that Trump will quickly withdraw the US support for President Wolodymyr Selenskyj and his country. "Ukraine will bear the main burden of this political change," he warns.
