Spectacular chase: armed tank fraudsters ram police!

A dramatic persecution drama took place on Sunday, December 8, 2024, in the Allgäu. A 43-year-old man, alleged tank fraudster and in the possession of a firearm, escaped the police after having fueled at a petrol station in Lindau without paying. When the officials tried to control him, the man fled with a apparently stolen vehicle towards the Austrian border, which led to a large-scale police operation, such as the Allgäuer Zeitung reported.
