No less than the Lübeck district court decided in mid -September after the authorities received wind from the events. Although R. is not said to have committed criminal acts, the incident served as an occasion for the investigative authorities to start extensive data collection. R. suddenly felt pushed into the corner when the officials asked him to meet the names and contact details of his employees - a wish that he did not want to meet. What followed was a comprehensive search that even did not leave the young man's vehicles!

Investigations in full tour

It didn't take long for the incident to land in the headlines. The Lübecker Nachrichten were the title with "Police investigated with racist chants on barn party", and in no lower publication as the mirror was also reported on the investigation! Captured in a video clip and spread digitally, the situation slipped rapidly R.'s control. However, similar incidents in the past have already been classified as not punishable because they often fell under the screen of freedom of expression - a fact that R. apparently did not benefit.

Many are now wondering whether the judiciary measures two dimensions. While some public prosecutors, for example those in Augsburg and Neubrandenburg, have investigated investigations in comparable cases, the Lübeck judiciary apparently still goes out a light to illuminate R.'s participation in the incidents.
