Two-year-old girl in Vienna favorites of car and seriously injured

On Holy Saturday, April 22, 2025, a serious accident occurred in Vienna favorites, in which a two-year-old girl was hit by a car. The incident happened at 12:15 p.m. in Ada-Christen-Gasse when the driver of a car wanted to turn from the main lane to a private car park. The driver initially waited until a passerby, a man who had passed the sidewalk before he started. In doing so, he overlooked the daughter of the passerby who came behind him.

The girl suffered serious head injuries and was immediately cared for by the career rescue. Despite the severity of the injuries, however, there was no danger to life. After the first rescue measures, the child was taken to a hospital with a rescue helicopter.
