Many of the customers accompany relatives, nurses or friends, which further strengthens the family atmosphere. Anna reports that local residents also like to come to her to be pampered. "I am happy about everyone who comes here and we are also welcome the four -legged friends," she says with a smile.

The support of Anja is also visible by her two children, Sarkis and Emily. They help in the salon, receive the guests and ensure that everyone feels welcome. "My children helped with the Christmas decoration and are important supports for me," says Anna.
