Andreas Ferner, known as "Austria's funnigest teacher", has officially said goodbye to school after 25 years in the education sector. His latest cabaret program entitled "Never more school" celebrated on Monday, October 28th, in the Vienna Orpheum. The atmosphere was solved and full of anticipation when many known faces entered the charming theater.
In his new program, also takes a humorous review of his time as a teacher and thus affects the heart of his audience. Regardless of age or educational path, the spectators were able to identify with his stories, from the passionate educational fan to school dropouts.

Furthermore, it is known for his ingenious cabaret based on the experiences of his life. Now that he has said goodbye to the board, he reflects on funny and absurd moments from the classroom. "The best numbers often arise from the most absurd situations. What annoys me becomes the funniest point," explains the cabaret artist and thus gives an insight into his source of inspiration.
It is particularly noteworthy to actively involve the viewers into his stories. "As a teacher, I am used to involving people," he says and seamlessly integrates this interaction style into his performance. This ensures a special connection between further and its audience. At the premiere, many celebrities appeared, e.g. football legend Hans Krankl and moderator Christine Reiler. They had all decided to put the evening in the "school desk" again with further and to enjoy his unique view of the school days. Christina "Mausi" Lugner also visited the scenes before the show to deliver good wishes and support, while the cabaret artist himself visibly nervously stepped onto the stage.
The evening in the Orpheum showed in an impressive way that there is a life after school. Furthermore, not only delivered laughs, but also stimulated thought. His program represents a moody record of his teacher life, which includes both humorous and serious moments.
