New swimming pool for the southwest of Vienna: BaubeGegt 2025!
A great news for the Viennese swimming fans: The planning for the new swimming pool at the Höpflerbad in Vienna have now been completed. Planned as part of the ambitious bathing construction program 2030, the modern hall should offer a 25 x 16 meter multi-purpose pool, a 13 x 9 meter apprenticeship pool and a small children. According to Vice Mayor Christoph Return, the residents of the southwest of Vienna will particularly benefit from this new sports and leisure facility. The draft, which successfully passed the planning committee today, will be presented to the local council for voting in December. Construction is scheduled for autumn 2025, with a planned completion by autumn 2027, according to the statements by planning councilor Ulli Sima.
