Vorderwälder Straße, 6871 Krumbach, Österreich - In Krumbach there were two threatening traffic accidents that made headlines on the same day. The first incident occurred when a car that came from Doren, on the Vorderwälder Straße shortly after the bridge over the Weißach, got out of the curve and collided frontally with an oncoming minibus. The driver of the car was slightly injured, whereas the minibus driver was unharmed. After the impact, the affected road had to be closed for about an hour and a half, while two ambulances, a community doctor from Krumbach and a first responder were on site to ensure medical help. The Krumbach fire brigade and four police officers were also on duty to cope with the situation and regulate the noise level at the scene of the accident, as Vol.at reported.

Another serious incident occurred on Tuesday morning when a 16-year-old youth came off the street with his small motorcycle. The youngster was traveling on the country road from Krumbach to Doren at 7:25 a.m. when he suddenly fell into a ditch for unknown reasons. A subsequent driver hurried to help and immediately alerted the rescue workers. The seriously injured teenager was flown directly to the State Hospital Feldkirch after the first aid with an emergency medicine helicopter, Krone.at reported. So far, the circumstances of his fall are unclear, which should stimulate the investigation by the authorities.
