According to reports from Vol.at and All-in.de, the victim initially received a punch against his shoulder before the attacker pulled a 6.5 centimeter long knife and thus stood on the upper body of his victim. Fortunately, the 20-year-old was able to avoid and remained unharmed.

After the Syrian had fled, the teenager followed him to the bus station in Bregenz. There was another attack there. Again the 15-year stab movements made the 20-year-old who fled again, this time he alerted the police on an emergency call. Thanks to the rapid actions of the police officers, the attacker was arrested at the bus station. The knife was secured.
