Festive shine: Christmas tree from Bludenz shines in Bregenz
The festive shine is back in front of the country house in Bregenz! On Thursday, November 28th, the majestic Christmas tree, a Serbian spruce around twelve meters high, was re -illuminated with a sea of lights. This was done in a solemn ceremony, which was celebrated by Governor Wallner and Mayor Tschann together with kindergarten children.
The tradition that another Vorarlberg place makes the magnificent Christmas tree available every year has existed since 2001. "This festive illumination brings us together every year and shows the close connection of our regions," says Wallner. He thanked everyone who contributed to the "tree donation" and emphasized that this event is the perfect start to the pre-Christmas season.

Mayor Simon Tschann expressed his joy that Bludenz can donate the tree this special year. "These spruce symbolizes community, contemplation and gratitude," he said. The thanks go to several supporters, including the forestry office and the transport company Erhart, which contributed significantly to the organization and implementation of the tree donation. Tschann particularly mentioned the creative kindergarten children who presented a self -made gift.
The Music Music Bludenz, the cooki band of the music school and the children of the IGEL kindergarten provided the musical accompaniment of the celebration. The impressive Christmas tree will shine on the forecourt of the country house until Tuesday, January 7, 2025 and the anticipation to the upcoming festival.
