POYSSL sees his primary task in supporting the municipalities in the best possible way and representing the concerns of the municipalities in the Federal Association. He relies on teamwork and a cooperative leadership style to achieve optimal results for the municipalities. The Secretary General heads the office of the municipal association in Vienna, where a team of 14 employees is at his side. This process makes it a central point of contact for all municipal projects in Austria.
