Strengthening volunteer engagements: impulses and networking in East Tyrol

On November 21, the second volunteer round table took place in the East Tyrol Education House, which was under the motto "SchauG auf Di". This event belonged to the Interreg VI-A CLLD Dolomiti Live project and presented the topic "Culture Impuls: Culture for everyone". The guests were led by Chryselda Pedarnig, a specialist from the Oberstüberl practice, through the evening.

The main goal of the event was to show the participants how to achieve more resilience and satisfaction by dealing with their own thought patterns. This was made possible by practical tips and inspiring impulses. The most important topic on this evening was the "Reality Loop", which should help those present to recognize negative thinking patterns and to counteract this with beneficial beliefs.

The participants: Inside, valuable tools and exercises were given to promote mental strength in everyday life. These approaches should not only strengthen their personal resources, but also maintain the joy and energy for their voluntary commitment.

A special aspect of this regulars' table was the opportunity to network. Dedicated citizens from various areas, such as "Eating on wheels", reading patent: inside and the RiScha project, came together to share their experiences and make new contacts. This platform not only promoted the exchange, but also consolidated cohesion among the volunteers.

Thanks to the funding by Interreg VI-A CLLD Dolomiti Live, not only was practical help, but also the cohesion among the volunteers. I am already looking forward to the next volunteer round table in the spring 2025. “

Overall, the evening offered an important opportunity for everyone involved to exchange ideas about their initiative and to open up new ways for their voluntary commitment. The event made it clear how important it is to reflect on yourself and actively work on your own mental health.
