Axam musician Raphael Neikes: Beatles cover and tour 2025!

Raphael Neikes, a talented musician from Axams who now lives in Germany, has caused a sensation again with his band "Spiral Drive". His latest projects show that he always strives for new creative challenges. Neikes would particularly like to highlight a recently published cover version of an iconic Beatles song. "We edited the title 'Tomorrow Never Knows' from the famous album 'Revolver', which saw the light of day in 1966," he explains enthusiastically. The recording took place on October 25th, and only a short time later, on November 11th, the associated 7-inch vinyl's single was published.

This new version is not just a simple cover recording. With it there is an interesting connection to music history. Raphael Neikes reports: "The legendary Klaus Voormann, who designed the original artwork for the Beatles album, showed us a draft that he originally also developed for the album. He has now completed it for our cover version. We have held a very special piece of music history in our version."

a long journey into the future

But that's not all - Neikes has more news ready. The band "Spiral Drive" will go on a big tour through Germany and Austria in January and February 2025. "Our journey begins in Innsbruck on January 31, and I can't wait to play in front of my home public. I hope many fans see this start in the PMK." For those who cannot participate in the first appointment, there are further appearances in Linz, Vienna, Jena, Munich, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Mainz, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Münster, Bremerhaven, Nuremberg, Hamburg and Berlin.

His fans can look forward to an exciting winter and a musical spring. The combination of new music and upcoming live performances promises to become a highlight for lovers of rock music.
