Leoben, Österreich - Today's election day on March 22, 2025 promises exciting decisions for 284 Styrian communities. The polling stations are open between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., while the votes are collected until 12 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. Surprisingly, not all parties in all communities have set up for election. The Kleine Zeitung reports that the ÖVP is in almost all municipalities, only two votes were missing. The SPÖ is active in 269, the FPÖ in 258, the Greens in 104, Neos in 37 and the KPÖ in 34 communities.
